Jumpers FAQ (Frequently Asked Question)

 

Q: Are your jumpers and activities safe and clean?
A: Yes, we provide “Safe and Clean” jumpers and rentals to our clients.  Our jumpers are santizied on a weekly base and deliver to our clients with satisfaction. 


Q: How do I know that you'll show up?
A: We will always confirm your order at the time you place your order on line or over the phone.  In addition, we will call you a day before your event to confirm. 

Q: What time do you deliver & pick-up the jumper?
A: Our normal delivery schedule is from 11:00 am and pick-up schedule begins after 5:00 pm.  We will also accomodate with our customer's flexibility in schedule.

Q: Do we have to put a deposit?
A: No. We work on a first come first served basis. However, deposit will guarantee that you get what you want for your special day.  We accept cash, money order or credit card upon delivery.

 

Q. Whats your Cancellation Policy?

A:  You can cancel your order via phone or email at “ANYTIME”. Please not that if you do not call and cancel your order via phone or email and you placed your order with a credit card, then once the item is delivered you will be charged weather you choose to receive the item or not.

 

 

Q. What we need to do before the driver arrives?

A:  You will need an outlet (plug) within 50 feet. Make sure you have the space required to set up the unit(s). This unit also needs an overhead clearance specified by the 'H - height' in the clearance. Check your yard for overhead wires, tree branches and patio overhangs. The area must be clean and dry of any debris and dirt before we arrive (11:00am). If there are cars and other items, please move them as well. If you own a dog or pet, make sure there is no poop, and during the party please keep the pet away from the Jumper to avoid damages to the unit. If there is a balance due in CASH, please have the cash ready when the Driver arrives (by 11:00).

 

We do not wait for trips to the bank or atm machine, since we do have other deliveries to make. If payment is not ready we will place your order at the end of our delivery schedule and delivery charge may apply. Please let us know if Driver has to go through stairs. Inflatables range from 170 to 570 pounds. If there are over 3 steps additional charges may apply depending on unit size.

 

Q. Inflatables Availability
A:  reservation requests on a first come first serve basis

 

Q. How far in advance should I reserve my inflatable?
A:  We recommend that you make your reservation as soon as you have the date/time for your event

 

 

Q. What happens if it rains while the jumper is up?
A:  During severe conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc), we reserve the right to cancel our reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or cancelling at no charge. If you decide to keep the unit for that day, there will be no refunds, discounts or rain checks. DO NOT use, and immediately deflate the ride, if winds exceed 15 MPH (25 KPH) and/or it rains.

 

 

Q . What age should the child be to go in the inflatable?
A: It depends on the size that you rent. There are different age and weight restrictions on the units.  For example,  if on the side of the rental it reads,...No Riders under the age of 3 years old. It’s for KIDS age 3 and up (no adults allowed - little kids, parents can go inside with them). Jumpers 5-7 kids (36’-66’). Combos 6-9 kids. Obstacle Course itself (40’-66’) races 2 at a time, one on the left and one on the right side. Slides 2-3 (40’-66’). Do not mix older kids with younger kids.

 

 

Q. Are the kids able to do flips in the inflatable?
A:  No somersaults, diving, wrestling, flips, or rough play.

 

 

Q. What age should the child be to go in the inflatable?

Q. What do I do if my inflatable or other equipment malfunctions?
A:  If a rental item malfunctions during usage, customer must contact Orlando immediately at 321- 200 9725 -or- (407) 439-3824

 

 

 

                     Casino Night F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions)

 * The casino equipment rentals are  intended for "Entertainment Purposes".

 * The casino equipment rental must wrap up/finish no later than 1am.

 * Substitutions and Upgrades based on availability/notice.? Pricing is subject to change for any major holiday or long distances.

 * Bookings are not guaranteed until a contract has been executed by both parties, and a down payment has been received.

 * We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion based on date, time, location, availability, etc.
* If your event requires the  use of stairs or an elevator during set-up, or if you are unsure of spacing requirements,

Q.)Are casino parties legal?

A.)Yes. Everything we do is for "Entertainment Purposes" only and there is no real money involved, so casino parties are completely legal.

 

Q.)What about casino fundraisers?

A.)Yes. As long as you are a non-profit organization registered with the California Office of the Attorney General,
you are allowed to do one casino fundraiser per calendar year. The State does require that you register your event, which is actually a  very  simple process.

Q.)Do you have real slot machines?

A.)  No. sadly, the state of California strictly does not allow casino companies to own or rent out slot machines that are less than 25 years old.   However, we do have a "VIRTUAL - SLOT MACHINE / Video Game" ON A FLAT SCREEN TV  and or a Video projector that you can rent.  These games are available either on a dedicated "Computer or Video game Console" : 

    Vegas Party-Wii/       IGT "Real Slots' Little Green Men/wolf Run / etc, etc.

 

Q.)What other services do you offer?

A.) Casino parties is one of our many businesses.  We understand that there are many  aspects  to making an event a success.

 

That's why  the following options are available to add to your party:

* Complete DJ Service - let one of our professional DJ's make your party go from "Yeah  to  O-Yeah"!

 

* Up-Lighting - add some excitement and color to the room with our state-of-the-art LED uplights or video projections.

 

* Accessory Rentals (ie: Basketball Hoops, Boxxing Ring, Jumpers, etc.)  Is there something you need that we don't have   listed?    Feel  free to ask!

 

Q.)Can you put the casino tables outdoors?

A.)Yes, however we unfortunately won't be able to operate a casino in less than ideal weather conditions: fog, sleet, snow, rain, etc.  Just keep in mind that the ground needs to be preferably a flat, level surface (grass and brick patios can sometimes be set up-on occasion)  plus ample lighting for the tables if the event continues after dark.

 

Q.)What are your payment options?

A.)We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover)through PayPal  & Venmo, Cash APP, ZELL, as well as, Cash.

 

Q.) Are you a real casino?

A.) No, we are not a real casino. We only rent out gaming tables and casino night equipment to private parties, corporate events, and casino fundraisers.  Everything we do is for "Fun Only" and "No Real Money" is involved.  For "Entertainment Purposes Only"

 

Casino nights are offered as a Fun and Postive Release for adults to enjoy themselves and unwind. A simple form of escapism if you will.  Normally conducted in an office party environment or Fundraiser.  REAL gambling can do more harm than good.
